Innovative, high-quality, certified by testing processes and thus safe dangerous goods packaging made of wood, woodwork and composite materials represent our core business. In addition, we develop, design, sample and check as part of your individual needs.
Our goal is to be able to provide you with safe, high-quality, sustainable dangerous goods packaging and TuLB (Transport and Storage Containers, especially for the military sector) – both in series and in special production. As an owner-managed family business with 80 years of experience in the processing of wood, we find the most favorable solution for safe packaging for our customers in terms of storage, handling and transport. In order to achieve the highest quality standards, we use state-of-the-art machines and rely on a constantly growing CNC center which is perpetually optimized. Here, a wide variety of wood, woodwork and composite materials are processed according to your exact specifications. We do not only relate our values to ourselves: sustainability and quality in the sense of reusing packaging, long-term planning in conjunction with modernization and maximum customer satisfaction as well as maximum safety through our product.

Whether in production or administration – we offer some exciting jobs. Working with wood is versatile: state-of-the-art CNC in combination with manual work result in a broad spectrum and challenge every day anew. Of course, there is also the possibility to further your education! In order to secure our extensive know-how for the future, we train our junior staff in close cooperation with the Koblenz Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Highest quality since 1941
Since its foundation in 1941, Lausberg has been based in the spa town of Nassau and has stood for high quality ever since. Today, the medium-sized family business is managed by the fourth generation and combines many years of experience with modern machinery and a new entrepreneurial spirit. Supported by 40 employees in production and 8 employees in administration – including a total of 5 trainees – we develop, design, sample and manufacture your desired packaging. The aim is to further expand the market share in the field of dangerous goods packaging but also to serve other industries and sectors. Our great advantage was and is to be able to respond to the individual wishes of our customers and to develop and produce the desired product together with them – whether as a one-off production or series product.
Since 2018, Marc Phillip Lausberg-Gajdosik has been managing director of the company, supported by his sister Jessica Gajdosik. She is responsible for marketing, PR and trade fairs.
